About The Role
As a
Talent Acquisition Partner
at Biorce, you will be the engine that fuels our growth. This is a
strategic and hands-on
role where you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and securing the
niche talent
required to advance our expansion.
You won't just fill vacancies; you will
partner directly with leadership
in our
Tech, Data Science, Clinical Research and Product teams
to develop and execute world-class hiring strategies. You will be the face of Biorce, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership & Consultation: Work directly with Hiring Managers and the People Operations Manager to understand business strategy, workforce planning, and define the critical skills needed for each role.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment life cycle, from defining job descriptions to offer negotiation and closing.
- Expert Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of talent in the Healthtech, AI, and Clinical Research domains.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Serve as a passionate brand ambassador. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates that reflects Biorce's values.
- Process Excellence & Data Analytics: Drive continuous improvement in our recruiting processes. Track key metrics (Time-to-Hire, Quality of Hire, Source of Hire) and use data to provide insights and influence hiring decisions.
- Compliance & Consistency: Ensure our hiring practices are inclusive, equitable, and fully compliant with local labor laws.
Experience & Skills You'll Bring
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a high-growth technology or Healthtech environment.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success recruiting hard-to-find roles in fields like AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Clinical Research.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficiency with advanced sourcing techniques, and building talent pools from niche communities and platforms.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English is essential to communicate with our international candidates and teams. Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
- A "Partner" Mindset: Exceptional consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills to manage expectations with senior stakeholders and successfully close top talent.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technology.
