¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un/una
Digital Product Design Engineer
que domine el "Design-to-Code". Tu rol será híbrido: capaz de prototipar experiencias UX/UI de alto nivel y asegurar su implementación técnica impecable. Buscamos a alguien que no solo diseñe interfaces, sino que entienda la lógica del desarrollo moderno, el SEO técnico y la escalabilidad de sistemas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Product Discovery & UX:
    Validación de ideas mediante benchmarks, wireframes y prototipado rápido ).
  • Design-to-Code:
    Traducir diseños a componentes producibles utilizando
    , Tailwind y Framer Motion
    , gestionando Storybook y Design Tokens.
  • Sistemas de Diseño:
    Definir y documentar guías de estilo, tokens, estados y micro-interacciones; gestionando su versionado y gobierno.
  • Performance & Accesibilidad:
    Asegurar que los productos sean ultra-rápidos (SEO técnico), fluidos y accesibles para todos.
  • Analítica & Growth:
    Implementar medición con GTM/GA4, gestionar metas y colaborar en experimentos A/B.
  • Handoff e Ingeniería:
    Colaboración estrecha con el equipo técnico, revisión de PRs, QA visual y definición de criterios de aceptación.

Requisitos:

  • +4 años de experiencia
    creando productos/webs end-to-end (no solo UI estática).
  • Portfolio:
    Casos reales en producción que expliquen el proceso (problema → hipótesis → solución → impacto).
  • Dominio técnico:
    Expertiz en Figma y comprensión sólida de HTML/ARIA, CSS/Tailwind y JS/TS.
  • Criterio de Producto:
    Fuerte enfoque en UX, jerarquía visual, accesibilidad y SEO.

Valoramos positivamente (Nice to have):

  • Experiencia con
    Qwik +
    o migraciones de WordPress a Headless.
  • Animación avanzada (GSAP) y conocimientos de HubSpot/ABM.
