Investment Associates as part of a planned expansion of the investment team in Q1 2026.
The firm invests in high-quality small and mid-sized businesses, partnering closely with management teams to drive long-term value creation. This is an excellent opportunity for high-calibre investment professionals to join a well-established platform with a strong track record in the Spanish mid-market.
The Role
Investment Associates will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior team members on live transactions and portfolio support. Responsibilities will include:
- Origination support, including market mapping, screening and initial investment analysis
- Financial modelling, valuation analysis and investment memo preparation
- Commercial, financial and operational due diligence support
- Active involvement in transaction execution, including coordination with advisers
- Ongoing portfolio company analysis and value creation initiatives
- Direct exposure to senior management teams and investment committee processes
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years of total professional experience
- Background in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance or strategy consulting
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Demonstrated interest in mid-market investing and value creation
- Spanish national, with full professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
