the opportunity

We're looking for the Founding CEO of our next B2B venture, a startup designed to disrupt and transform key industries through scalable, high-impact innovation.

As Founding CEO, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of the venture's go-to-market, product, and growth strategies aligning product development with real market needs and customer insights.
  • Drive product market fit by validating solutions directly with our corporate partners, early clients, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Build and inspire your founding team, supported by experienced functional leaders from day one.
  • Identify and overcome operational challenges, resolving bottlenecks, and refining the business model based on ongoing feedback.
  • Track, report, and optimize performance by defining key KPIs, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability across all functional areas.

what you bring

  • A proven track record of launching ventures from 0 to 1 or driving significant business growth in startups, scale-ups, or corporate innovation.
  • Strategic vision combined with a practical, hands-on approach to execution.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilient, solution-driven, and comfortable navigating uncertainty.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in B2B environments across strategy, sales, operations, or finance.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish or English.

Bonus:
 Previous founder experience or expertise in one of the following: strategy & sales, product & operations, or finance & growth.
