Revenue Operations Manager
para unirse a nuestro equipo.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de impulsar la eficiencia y alineación entre marketing, ventas y SAT mediante la digitalización de procesos, la implementación de CRM y la consultoría estratégica RevOps.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Consultoría y
    implementación de estrategias de Revenue Operations
    en clientes: análisis de procesos de marketing, ventas y SAT, propuesta de mejoras y ejecución de proyectos de digitalización.
  • Implantación experta de HubSpot
    y otros CRMs en clientes.
  • Gestión diaria con clientes: resolución de dudas, incidencias y acompañamiento continuo.
  • Gestión de proyectos
    de implantación de CRM y optimización de procesos RevOps.
  • Formación a equipos comerciales y de marketing en uso de herramientas digitales y procesos.


Formación

  • Titulación universitaria o Grado Superior relacionada con marketing, empresa o áreas afines.

Experiencia

  • Al menos
    3 años
    de experiencia en áreas de
    marketing y ventas
    .

Formación complementaria

  • Conocimientos y certificaciones en
    CRMs
    , especialmente
    HubSpot
    .
  • Formación en procesos comerciales y metodologías RevOps.

Idiomas

  • Castellano:
    nativo o muy alto.
  • Inglés:
    nivel profesional.

Conocimientos informáticos

  • Dominio de:
  • HubSpot
  • Otros CRMs y herramientas de productividad
  • Valorable experiencia con plataformas de automatización y reporting
