Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Intermediate Project Manager to oversee our multichannel-campaigns from initial brief to final delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality content across all channels.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication in multinational environments.
The Project Manager will work based in Madrid but will be connected with a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Client Communication:Serve as one of the main points of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status, timings and budgets.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with the creative & production team and other team members to coordinate projects and ensure project goals are met.
• Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough content reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
• Resource Allocation:Identify project requirements and allocate resources effectively to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Process Improvement:Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and process enhancements to improve overall project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management experience in advertising agencies.
• Familiar with state-of-the-art project management principles, processes and software (all MS tools like teams, ppt, excel, word, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
