Business Developer – Medical Devices

Asphalion is growing and we are looking for a
Business Developer to join our team to support our MedTech unit in the pharmaceutical industry
Someone who loves to take new challenges, to work in an international environment and who wants to grow with us
Main responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new clients (hunting) as well as new projects from existing clients (farming)
- Proposal circuit: preparation, sending out and follow-up of project proposals and contracts
- Preparation of documents for RFPs / Calls for Tenders / Ballparks
- Lead generation: define, execute and follow-up commercial and marketing campaigns
- Preparation, assistance and follow-up of F2F events (conferences, trade fairs, etc.)
- Analyze and evaluate accounts/prospects to find the best commercial approach
- Maintenance of accounts, including preparation and execution of collaboration review meeting
- Manage defined markets defining stakeholders and competitors
- Look for the project profitability during proposal preparation, project execution and upselling
- Organize kick-off / transfer meetings for new projects with MedTech technical team
- Coordinate external and internal communication together with marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
- 4+ years' experience in Sales / Business Development
- At least knowledge of MedTech regulatory concepts
- Advanced level in English
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in close collaboration with teams
- Proactivity, learn on the fly and oriented to results
