Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the design and development of integrated circuits.
  • Actively manage entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release.
  • Direct responsibility for managing activities of the Design Engineering team.
  • Receive assignments from Department Manager and determine how to use resources based on established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
  • Responsible for recruiting new hires.
  • Mentor and trainsanalog Design Engineers.

Qualifications:

  • MSEE / PhD or equivalent with years of analog circuit design experience.
  • Precision and/or power IC expertise preferred.
  • Fully understands industry concepts and practices. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods, modules and/or techniques throughout the design process.
  • Prior experience in successfully managing IC Design Engineers / teams strongly preferred.
  • Must have prior experience in bringing analog products through entire product development cycle, from product definition through product release
  • Ability to lead and direct activities of Staff level Engineers
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
