For the role of Specialist Network Design and Engineering we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.

The responsibilities include:

• Provide OpCos with detailed analysis and recommendations for chasing the technical leadership and maximizing network performance
• E2E troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and bug fixed design, focused on securing the VF leadership in the Mobile Benchmark providing the best service performance
• Define improvement plan of the Vodafone performance vs. competitors, delivering reliable insights to address precise actions and investment for guaranteeing the leadership of services delivered by Vodafone
• Support to E2E design, pre-launch testing and validation of new technologies, features, and services
• Ensuring best practice sharing and relevant stakeholder's alignment by the management of projects and technical project teams as well as performing complex tasks in larger multinational teams

What You Bring

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Mobile E2E Engineering (Radio, Core, Devices, Services)
• Inter-functional and inter-cultural relationships skills
• Motivated, results oriented, strong proactivity and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
