Tu misión
Garantizar la seguridad, gestión y disponibilidad de las identidades corporativas, optimizando accesos, automatizando procesos y ofreciendo soporte experto en un entorno Microsoft de alta criticidad.
Responsabilidades
Administración de usuarios y grupos en Microsoft 365, Azure AD y On-Prem.
Gestión de roles, permisos y sincronización de identidades.
Mantenimiento y supervisión de MFA.
Automatización de procesos con PowerShell y Power Automate.
Resolución de incidencias de acceso e identidad, incluido soporte VIP.
Monitorización de actividades de acceso y detección de anomalías.
Elaboración de informes en Power BI.
Creación y actualización de documentación técnica.
Formación a usuarios y soporte en nuevas tecnologías.
Colaboración con otros equipos de TI para resolver incidencias complejas.
Cumplimiento de políticas internas de seguridad y KPIs.
