What You'll Do:
- Provide top-level strategic account management to our UK independent agencies to ensure clients retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with our agencies at all levels, including C-level.
- Advise on clients' digital strategy and educate agencies on Criteo's ecosystem.
- Analyze a wide range of performance metrics to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS...).
- Optimize accounts to improve performance and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate additional budgets along with crosselling new solutions.
- Create personalized presentations to drive impactful quarterly meetings.
- Accurate pipeline management and forecast.
- Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
- Autonomously and independently drive business, while also being a team player and engaging in mentoring and coaching of peers.
- Build great relationships with all internal stakeholders: sales, campaign manager, marketing, legal, technical, product specialists, and more
