We are looking for an
Active Directory / Systems Administrator
to join our team for a
leading international company in the insurance sector
, working in a complex, dynamic and global IT environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Monitoring system performance, availability and reliability across multiple environments.
  • Patch management, system updates and lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshooting, incident investigation and resolution related to authentication and directory services.
  • Support and integration of non-Microsoft systems using LDAP.
  • Collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors.
  • Analysis and implementation of RBAC-based delegation models.
  • Participation in automation and process improvement initiatives.


Skills:

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in complex infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory services (DNS, GPO, Trusts, authentication).
  • Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Ability to work in international, distributed teams.
  • High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C).

Desirable:

  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, auditing or monitoring tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
