Buscamos un perfil Senior Solutions Architect que quiera desarrollar su carrera profesional definiendo los cimientos tecnológicos de un equipo Data & AI de primer nivel y trabajando con las últimas tecnologías en IA Generativa sobre AWS.

CONTEXTO & RESPONSABILIDADES

La persona seleccionada liderará el equipo "No Funcional" (Arquitectura y Gobierno), con la misión de establecer los estándares técnicos, la seguridad y la industrialización de la plataforma. Junto al equipo de DevOps y MLOps, el Arquitecto deberá diseñar la arquitectura de referencia en Azure, definir los patrones de integración seguros y establecer las prácticas de Infraestructura como Código (IaC). Será imprescindible contar con un perfil híbrido que domine tanto la infraestructura cloud como el ciclo de vida de los modelos de IA (LLMOps).

PROYECTO & EQUIPO

El proyecto persigue la re-arquitectura de la plataforma actual para dotarla de gobierno, escalabilidad y seguridad (AI Act compliance). Se busca migrar de despliegues manuales a un entorno automatizado mediante CI/CD y IaC. La base tecnológica se centra en el ecosistema AWS, integrando servicios de Bedrock/SageMaker y Snowflake.
Para el éxito del proyecto, es vital un arquitecto que pueda bajar al detalle técnico, configurando Landing Zones y definiendo la segregación de entornos. El equipo del proyecto contará con ingenieros de MLOps, DevOps y Seguridad, supervisados técnicamente por este rol.


EXPERIENCIA & CONOCIMIENTOS

El perfil a incorporar deberá contar con más de 6 años de experiencia en arquitectura de soluciones, con foco reciente en Data & AI. Deberá tener experiencia demostrable diseñando arquitecturas en nube pública AWS y definiendo estrategias de MLOps/LLMOps.
Se valorará experiencia previa en consultoría tecnológica y la posesión de certificaciones oficiales de arquitectura (AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
Será necesario tener experiencia previa con tecnologías:

  • Cloud & Infraestructura: AWS (Core services: EC2, Lambda, S3), Kubernetes (EKS), Docker.

  • IaC & DevOps: Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins), Git.

  • Data & AI: Arquitecturas RAG, Integración de LLMs (Bedrock/SageMaker), Snowflake (a nivel de arquitectura).

  • Seguridad: IAM, VPCs, PrivateLinks, Gestión de Identidades.


Además se valorará positivamente contar con experiencia o conocimientos en:

  • LMOps: LangSmith, MLflow, Model Registry.

  • Frameworks de Agentes: LangChain, AutoGen.

  • Bases de Datos Vectoriales: Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus.


CONTRATACIÓN & UBICACIÓN

La posición tiene sede en Madrid y se rige por un contrato a tiempo completo con vocación de estabilidad. Dada la criticidad del proyecto y la necesidad de una colaboración estrecha con los equipos de negocio y técnicos, el rol requiere presencialidad en las oficinas (operando bajo un modelo híbrido, habitualmente de 3 días presenciales y 2 de teletrabajo).
