Job Description:

A Global Installation and Deployment Leader oversees worldwide installation projects, managing budgets, teams, and resources to ensure timely, high-quality, on-budget delivery of solutions and infrastructure across different HPE regions. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and building strong, high-performance teams to drive operational success and customer day 1 experience.

Scope & Core responsibilities

  • Project & Program Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of global installation and deployment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for customer deployment waves, coordinating technical expertise, project workflows, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead the HPE hub-based Implementation Project Management group in direct Build and lead cross-functional, high-performance global teams, including internal staff and third-party contractors, to achieve project goals and foster career development.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Oversee LS I&D financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
  • Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, health and safety policies, and client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical oversight and guidance on installation and deployment processes, often serving as a subject matter expert in the project's domain.

  • Project Management: Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale global projects and workstreams from inception to completion.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, aligning deployment initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of deployment processes, technical infrastructure, and relevant industry standards.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior stakeholders and build relationships with diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess issues, make effective decisions under pressure, and manage complex problems in uncertain environments.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Information about employee benefits offered can be found at

USD Annual Salary: $135, $310,
