Como Iberia Solutions Desing Technician, tu objetivo principal será diseñar y coordinar la solución técnica de proyectos Supply Chain a clientes.What will your functions be?
- Analizar los RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation) y RFP (Request for Proposal) de los clientes y elaborar la confección de soluciones logísticas y propuestas innovadoras, asegurándose que aporten valor y estén alineadas con sus necesidades y la estrategia corporativa.
- Analizar los documentos proporcionados por el cliente para el proceso, a fin de comprender y cumplir con las expectativas, las necesidades, y sus plazos.
- Elaborar un cuestionario logístico para clarificar o ampliar la información con el cliente.
- Coordinar el proceso de elaboración de propuestas, coordinación de las diferentes áreas involucradas (operativa, financiera, RRHH, etc.) para preparar la solución óptima a presentar al cliente.
- Elaborar y mantener actualizado un modelo de costes, imputación de los mismos y cotización, describiendo cada proceso operativo, estableciendo las productividades por actividad y perfil logístico, los recursos, medios y costes (planificación y estimación de las categorías de mano de obra, procesos, inversiones, costes de material, etc.)
- Realizar el diseño de layout de la operativa/proyecto a presentar e implantar.
- Preparar diferentes escenarios comerciales para las propuestas y presentarlas a gerencia para su aprobación.
- Apoyar en la gestión de oportunidades, ofertas y presentaciones con clientes.
- Elaborar un repositorio de costes por área (costes almacén, maquinaria, sistemas de manutención, estanterías, automatización, etc).
- Revisar operativas actuales de cara a proponer mejoras en colaboración con los responsables de los centros.
- Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Técnica y/o Administración de Empresas o similar. Valorable Máster en Supply Chain, Operaciones y Logística, además de formación en Lean y/o Mejora Continua.
- Idiomas: nivel intermedio/alto de inglés.
- Experiencia: contar con al menos 2/3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en el sector logístico.
- Soft skills: orientación al cliente, al detalle y a la mejora continua/innovación. Capacidad analítica y capacidad de trabajo con stakeholders.
