Introducción
We are looking for a CAD Designer to join our Digital Smile Design (DSD) team. The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D designs that support dental treatment plans and align with DSD's standards of clinical and aesthetic excellence. Working under the supervision of a Quality Designer, this role focuses on the accurate execution of design tasks, continuous improvement, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsabilidades
Produce 3D smile designs for dental treatment plans according to DSD protocols and supervisor feedback.
Ensure that designs meet clinical and aesthetic requirements, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Review and adjust designs based on internal quality checks and mentor/quality control feedback.
Collaborate closely with the design team and clinicians to interpret case objectives and adapt designs accordingly.
Follow established digital workflows and contribute to maintaining consistency across all cases.
Support documentation processes.
Participate in training sessions and quality reviews to continuously improve design skills and product understanding.
Tu perfil
Basic understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and smile design principles.
Strong attention to detail and commitment quality.
Ability to follow guidance and work within established standards and workflows.
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Intermediate level of English (B1–B2).

El Concepto DSD:
DSD fue desarrollado por Dr Christian Coachman y provee una combinación de enfoques sistemáticos y estrategias para mejorar la odontología exhaustiva y el crecimiento de las oficinas odontológicas; a través de la mejora en diagnósticos, diseños de sonrisa, comunicación entre miembros del equipo, panificación de tratamientos, la ejecución clínica y la creación de valor percibido de los pacientes para incrementar la entrada de nuevos pacientes y la aceptación de casos.
