Spare Parts Manager

Requirements

• University degree in
  Engineering
  .
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in
  MS Office
  (Excel in particular).
• Minimum of
  3 years' experience in spare parts sales
  , preferably within the automotive or industrial sector.
• Fluent English
  , both written and spoken.
• Full availability to travel.
• Residence in the Girona–Figueres area
  or willingness to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control
  warehouse stock
  .
• Maintain direct contact with
  manufacturers and suppliers
  , including follow-up on purchase orders.
• Prepare
  customer quotations
  , follow up, and formalize sales.
• Enter approved orders into the system and manage the entire process from order placement to final delivery.
• Plan and coordinate
  parts shipments
  in collaboration with operational teams.
• Identify
  business improvement opportunities
  to increase spare parts sales.
• Conduct
  market analysis
  focused on spare parts pricing and competitiveness.
• Monitor and report on
  spare parts purchases from dealers
  .
