El Chief People Leadership Officer (CPLO) es un rol estratégico de nueva creación que deberá liderar junto con el CEO y CIO la detección del talento en el ecosistema del grupo, con claro foco en el liderazgo del mismo y en sus planes de sucesión y evolución . De la misma forma alineará las políticas retributivas en cada una de las compañías adecuándolas a cada situación haciendo que sean atractivas y en línea con el mercado, con claro foco en la parte variable e incentivos tanto a corto como LTIs.

Responsabilidades principales


• Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de talento/liderazgo alineada con la visión y objetivos del negocio.


• Liderar programas de identificación de talento interno y desarrollar planes de sucesión acordes para garantizar una segunda línea.


• Analizar los planes de incentivos en cada una de las empresas y alinearlas a las mejores prácticas y situaciones particulares.


• Supervisar los procesos de compensación, beneficios y desempeño, asegurando equidad interna y competitividad externa.


• Alinear e implementar cada una de las políticas con los respectivos CEOs.


• Asesorar al Comité de Dirección en temas de talento, y desarrollo.


• Representar el área de personas ante stake-holders internos y externos, incluyendo partners y clientes cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos


• Grado universitario ; se valorarán estudios de posgrado en Recursos Humanos o MBA.


• Experiencia mínima de al menos 7 años en posiciones de liderazgo en RRHH, preferiblemente en empresas del sector consultoría estratégica/Human Capital.


• Trayectoria comprobada en estrategia de talento , sucesión y compensación variable.


• Habituado a interlocución de primer nivel y entornos dinámicos y de crecimiento acelerado.


• Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo e influencia a nivel ejecutivo.


• Nivel avanzado de inglés.


• Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.
