especialista en Yocto
para incorporar de forma indefinida en uno de nuestros principales clientes en Barcelona (España)

¿Qué harás?
Tu misión será participar en el soporte de la distribución Linux (EdgeOS MPU) y en el OnBoarding de nuestros clientes internos.

En el OnBoarding, serás la primera interfaz técnica entre los proyectos y el equipo de EdgeOS, apoyando proyectos con EdgeOS MPU, desde la creación de la distribución Linux hasta habilitar la conectividad en la nube.

Participarás desde las primeras etapas de cada proyecto para:

  • Comprender y recopilar los requisitos del usuario
  • Guiarlos a través de nuestra arquitectura Yocto/KAS
  • Optimizar el proceso de mantenimiento
  • Ayudar a los usuarios a adoptar EdgeOS en proyectos de Schneider

Serás el punto de contacto técnico principal para todas las preguntas sobre firmware embebido, desde el bootloader hasta el espacio de usuario de Linux.

En El Área De Soporte
Participarás en la resolución de una amplia gama de problemas que puedan surgir en proyectos internos, como:

  • Problemas de configuración en capas o recetas Yocto
  • Errores en controladores del Kernel (por ejemplo, USB, Ethernet)
  • Malentendidos o vacíos en el uso o comportamiento de Linux

Se Espera Que Realices Investigaciones Profundas Sobre Diversos Conceptos De Linux Para Identificar y Resolver Problemas Complejos. Además, Tendrás La Oportunidad De Contribuir Directamente Al Proyecto y Al Equipo De EdgeOS Mediante

  • Proponer e implementar soluciones
  • Escribir código
  • Crear pull requests en GitHub
  • Colaborar con otros desarrolladores para mejorar la estabilidad y el rendimiento del sistema

Requisitos
Requisitos del puesto:

  • Experiencia en desarrollo embebido y BSP
  • Conocimiento profundo de Linux y entornos Yocto/KAS
  • Conocimiento en la puesta en marcha de placas
  • Git/GitHub
  • Conocimiento de prácticas open-source
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado, valorable francés
