Mission of the Role

As Marketing Lead, you will architect MITO's international growth and community-building efforts. Based in Amsterdam, you'll bridge our Spanish roots with European and global markets, working at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and creativity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead international marketing strategy and execution for Europe and beyond.
  • Build and nurture a community through high-impact events and initiatives.
  • Drive SaaS growth: acquisition, retention, and expansion campaigns.
  • Develop compelling storytelling that connects technology with creativity.
  • Establish partnerships with agencies, production houses, AI companies, and industry leaders.
  • Create and curate content that positions MITO as a thought leader in AI video.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Madrid or NY
  • 3+ years of SaaS marketing experience with proven B2B growth results.
  • International mindset: experience across European markets.
  • Event management expertise: professional events, meetups, conferences.
  • Data-driven decision-making, with experience in tracking and attribution.
  • Excellent English communication skills (other European languages are a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Background in creative industries (video, advertising, production).
  • Passion for AI and its role in creative industries.
  • Startup/scale-up experience (Series A/B preferred).
  • Community-building experience (online or offline).
