En nuestro equipo de Deal Advisory buscamos un/a profesional dinámico/a, creativo/a y con visión estratégica para formar parte del equipo que lidera la adopción de soluciones basadas en IA, impulsando una transformación operativa real.

Como apasionado/a de la Gestión del Cambio, serás responsable de diseñar e implementar iniciativas que faciliten la incorporación de herramientas de IA en los procesos del equipo, fomentando una cultura de experimentación, aprendizaje continuo y eficiencia operativa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de cambio para acelerar la adopción de IA en el equipo de DA.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa mediante el uso de tecnologías emergentes.
  • Promover el pensamiento creativo y la generación de ideas innovadoras para el uso de IA.
  • Coordinar talleres, formaciones y campañas de sensibilización tecnológica.
  • Actuar como enlace entre los equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar una implementación efectiva.
  • Medir el impacto de las iniciativas y ajustar las estrategias según resultados y feedback.

Perfil buscado:

  • Experiencia en gestión del cambio, transformación digital o innovación tecnológica.
  • Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de IA aplicadas a entornos corporativos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y facilitación de equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Mentalidad creativa, proactiva y orientada a resultados.
  • Capacidad para traducir conceptos técnicos en beneficios operativos tangibles.
