In a context of strong growth, Cardata / The Ramp is recruiting a
Customer Success Manager (French speaking)
in Barcelona, with a strong commercial dimension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the business and performance point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage onboarding of new clients and ensure their proficiency on the SaaS platform
  • Support clients in implementing and optimizing digital campaigns (mainly local campaigns)
  • Provide recommendations on media, budgets, and acquisition channels
  • Manage client portfolio performance, renewals, and investment growth
  • Monitor business and media KPIs (ROI, leads, conversion rates, client satisfaction)
  • Relay and deploy national operations across retail networks
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams

Profile

  • Experience in Customer Success, BDR/SDR, or commercial roles in SaaS / digital marketing
  • Strong interest in media campaigns and commercial performance
  • Solid understanding of ROI and acquisition challenges
  • Languages: Native or bilingual French, fluent English; Spanish is a plus
  • Autonomous, result-oriented, persuasive, and able to prioritize
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus
