The Opportunity
This is a
newly created, senior-level role
for a backend engineer who loves ownership and building clean, scalable systems from the ground up.

You'll Work Directly With The CTO To

  • Modernise internal platforms built on + MongoDB + SvelteKit
  • Automate document workflows and CRM integrations
  • Build a secure client portal for real-time wealth data
  • Introduce practical AI integrations (Copilot, Grok, Azure OpenAI) that make systems smarter
  • Mentor junior developers and help shape technical standards

It's the ideal role if you want to stay hands-on, have creative control, and see your code drive real business results.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong commercial experience with and MongoDB
  • Good front-end exposure with SvelteKit / Vue / React
  • Experience building APIs and system integrations (REST, Graph API, CRM)
  • Curiosity and practical thinking around AI and automation
  • Collaborative, low-ego approach with mentoring capability
