Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk located in Tarragona. The role involves performing a variety of clerical tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining and organizing files, handling correspondence, and supporting the administrative needs of the office. The Administrative Clerk will also handle phone communications, provide assistance to executives, and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions.

- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to manage interactions professionally
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support management effectively
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office productivity software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
