At Paulo Airaudo Group, we continue to grow and are looking for dedicated Waiters/Waitresses with strong wine knowledge to join our 2026 journey in San Sebastián.

If you are driven by excellence, have a refined sense of hospitality, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences in a Michelin-starred environment, we want to meet you.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants

  • Solid understanding of wine service, pairings, and table etiquette

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor and team spirit

  • Full-time availability
