About the Role:
As a Content Moderator, your role will involve reviewing and assessing user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Your attention to detail, effective communication, and fair decision-making will play a crucial part in maintaining a reliable and positive online atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate different content types (text, images, videos, etc.) for compliance with platform rules
- Enforce moderation policies consistently and impartially across all user content
- Handle user appeals professionally, offering clear and transparent explanations for moderation decisions
- Stay updated on policy changes and industry best practices
- Spot emerging trends and potential risks, offering suggestions to improve moderation processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance moderation efforts
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Relevant Experience is preferable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
