Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Omnichannel Experience Sr. Specialist in our CX & Omnichannel Strategy organization. This role oversees and drives a cross-functional digital audience and engagement strategy, ensuring quality and consistency across digital platforms to improve customer experience and advance our scientific and marketing objectives. You will partner closely with Business Units, Medical Affairs, and scientific experts to translate strategy into impactful execution across channels and systems.

What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
- Define and execute a comprehensive, transversal digital audience strategy that segments and prioritizes key audiences across channels and aligns engagement journeys to their needs.
- Lead end-to-end scientific digital content development and editorial oversight, setting standards for taxonomy, tagging, metadata, and brand voice to ensure accuracy, consistency, and discoverability across systems (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, DAM, CAD).
- Drive engagement strategic planning with Business Units and Medical Affairs—mapping content to objectives, collaborating with scientific experts and agencies of record, and aligning execution to scientific and business priorities.
- Implement and maintain robust taxonomy and metadata schemas, defining attributes and tags to enable accurate, consistent labeling and organized content across company systems and channels.
- Train and enable cross-functional teams on editorial, taxonomy, and metadata best practices, embedding common ways of working for categorization and tagging.
- Measure and optimize performance by monitoring usage and impact metrics; generate insights to refine strategy, improve relevance and accessibility, and elevate the overall omnichannel experience.
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
- University degree in Health Sciences (or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 2+ year of relevant Pharma experience, including digital marketing across channels and omnichannel campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with promotional material development and operations in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Scientific acumen in oncology, infectious diseases, and/or vaccines to co-create and review scientific content.
- Proven taxonomy and metadata expertise—defining how data and content are classified, organized, and connected across systems to ensure consistency and discoverability.
- Ability to organize, frame, and clearly articulate complex issues and findings for non-technical audiences; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical skills and pragmatic problem-solving, comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete data to distinguish signal from noise.
- Strong project management skills; thrives in cross-functional, complex, and matrixed environments; works strategically across boundaries.
- Curiosity and diligence with an appetite for innovation and technology trends; interpersonal skills that inspire and align stakeholders.
