Role Summary
LingoFlow is seeking highly motivated and resourceful professionals to serve as Local Partners / Business Developer in key international markets.
This highly autonomous, commission-based role is focused on securing new long-term corporate clients (B2B) for LingoFlow's premium, tailored online English language training solutions.
The Local Partner will be the primary representative responsible for establishing LingoFlow's market presence and driving profitable partnerships with leading companies within their assigned country.
Target Markets (Initial Focus): Italy, France, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Spain, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey.
What You Will Do
Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify companies (SMEs and large corporations) with a strategic need for team English proficiency improvement, specifically targeting HR, CEOs, Managers, and Training/L&D departments.
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Leverage an existing strong network to initiate and cultivate trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Consultative Selling: Lead meetings to showcase LingoFlow's unique value proposition: tailored curricula, certified native-speaking teachers, and flexible online delivery powered by AI.
Market Penetration: Actively represent LingoFlow in the local corporate community to strengthen market presence and credibility.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough client needs assessments to ensure proposals accurately reflect the client's industry, required terminology, and proficiency goals.
Performance Coordination: Participate in regular check-ins with the LingoFlow team to review progress, discuss challenges, and align on performance goals.
What We Are Looking For
Network (Essential): Proven and extensive professional network within the corporate sector (HR, Training, Management) in the target country.
Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable success in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Consulting in your country.
Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and results-driven individual comfortable operating independently.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Language: Native fluency in the target country's language is required, along with strong professional English proficiency.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields (Master's is a plus).
Position Details
Type: Contract/Partnership (Part-time with highly flexible hours).
Compensation: Performance-Based Commission (Profit share).
