About The Job
The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive successful program execution.

What You Do

• Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and plans in alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies & prepare and present program reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate program meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and progress.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed & continuously evaluate program processes and implement improvements for efficiency

What You Bring

• Degree or equivalent professional experience
• +3 years of proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, preferably within the technology sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholders management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in program management software and tools.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
• Understanding how different parts of the business come together.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Process and project management training and certification required.
• International project experience and consulting experience desirable.
