Be part of a team that dares to innovate You will play a key role in expanding our supplier network across Europe, attending trade fairs, discovering new destinations, and connecting local DMCs and hotels with our global commercial teams.

What will you do?

  • Explore & Connect:
    Attend regional and international trade fairs, research destinations and identify new business opportunities
    across Europe.
  • Build Relationships:
    Become the main point of contact for suppliers, establishing trust and long-term partnerships with DMCs and hotels.
  • Drive Supplier Onboarding:
    Guide suppliers through registration and integration into our platform, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage Rates & Data:
    Collect, upload and maintain accurate hotel rates and supplier information in our system.
  • Market Insights:
    Keep a pulse on tourism trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities in the European market.
  • Collaborate & Support:
    Work closely with our Commercial teams to facilitate smooth supplier integration and ongoing support.
  • Sales & Prospecting:
    Use cold calls, emails and direct outreach to grow your supplier portfolio and capture new opportunities.

Location & Work Style:

  • 100% remote: you can work from anywhere in Europe or the UK.
  • Physical offices available in Madrid and Palma de Mallorca.
  • Frequent travel across Europe is required.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Who are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles within the travel or hospitality industry, ideally with DMCs.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly valued.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe for trade fairs and supplier visits.
  • Comfortable with remote work and using digital platforms for supplier management.
