About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
Acerca del puestoEl Valet Laundry Attendant desempeña un papel esencial en la prestación de servicios de lavandería personalizados y de alta calidad para los huéspedes, asegurando que sus prendas y ropa de cama sean limpiadas, planchadas y entregadas con un cuidado excepcional. Este puesto implica interacción directa con los clientes, atención meticulosa al detalle y compromiso con los estándares de lujo, trabajando en muchas ocasiones entre bambalinas para garantizar una experiencia impecable.
Responsabilidades
- Recibir, clasificar y etiquetar la ropa de los huéspedes para su procesamiento.
- Manipular y cuidar adecuadamente los tejidos delicados y las prendas especiales.
- Operar el equipo de lavandería y mantener en todo momento la limpieza del área de trabajo.
- Entregar las prendas limpias y planchadas a los huéspedes de forma puntual.
- Ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y atender cualquier consulta de los huéspedes sobre los servicios de lavandería.
- Atención al detalle : Gran capacidad para verificar que las prendas estén limpias, planchadas y presentadas según los más altos estándares, sin daños ni extravíos.
- Experiencia en operaciones de lavandería : Trayectoria previa en entornos de lavandería o valet, con conocimiento de procesos de lavado, secado, doblado y planchado para distintos tipos de tejidos.
- Gestión del tiempo : Capacidad para organizarse eficazmente y cumplir plazos de entrega manteniendo la calidad, especialmente en períodos de alta demanda.
- Organización : Capacidad para llevar el control de las prendas de los huéspedes, pedidos de lavandería y horarios de entrega para garantizar puntualidad.
- Orientación al servicio : Firme compromiso con la atención al cliente, interactuando de mantera profesional y cortés con los huéspedes.
- Resistencia física : El puesto puede requerir levantar cargas pesadas, permanecer de pie por periodos prolongados y realizar tareas repetitivas.
- Conocimiento de tejidos y cuidados específicos : Familiaridad con distintos tipos de telas y técnicas de lavado y mantenimiento para evitar daños y garantizar resultados de calidad.
- Resolución de problemas : Habilidad para detectar y solucionar incidencias, como manchas, daños o discrepancias en las solicitudes de los huéspedes.
- Actitud positiva y t rabajo en equipo : Disposición para colaborar estrechamente con los compañeros para asegurar un funcionamiento fluido y mantener altos estándares de servicio.
- Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad : Capacidad para ajustarse a demandas y horarios cambiantes, incluyendo temporadas altas o turnos variados según las necesidades operativas.
- Autorización legal para trabajar en España .
Formación : Titulación profesional o técnica.
Idiomas : Español .
Nivel de competencia lingüística : Alto.
