The team is integrated by 1 manager and 5 collaborators based in Madrid and Lisbon, with different backgrounds (engineering, economics, etc). Age and gender diversity.

Mission description:

• Controlling model structure and processes
• Global view of the ops control within the different industrial activities in the Company
• Run and analyze the controlling model results
• Global view of profit & loss, participation on the processes of targets, rolling forecasts, etc
• Technical knowledge on ops control: energy impact in the business, investment management, assets management, efficiencies , etc
• Support the monthly business closing, targets, rolling forecasts…. and filling out the Group tools
• Creation and updating of reports to better business understanding
