Your job

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging visual content and user experiences across platforms. You'll combine your artistic vision with technical skills to design engaging websites, social media content, and other digital and printed materials. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact on our brand's experience.

This is a remote position and is ideally based in EMEA or Canada, however we are open to other locations.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing Design: Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials, including newsletters, social media graphics, ad campaigns, event signage, sales collateral, and merchandise. Ensure all assets align with and elevate our brand guidelines.

  • Printed materials: Ad hoc requirements for events and sales enablement.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects from initial idea to final launch.

  • Video & Motion Graphics: Edit video footage and create motion graphics to convey key messages for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use. 

  • Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends,  emerging tools (including AI), and best practices to continually enhance creative output and design processes.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Proven experience as a Design Generalist, or similar role.

  • A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of projects in digital, web, print, and video. 

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.

  • Practical experience managing websites using Webflow, Framer or a similar low-code website builder. 

  • Understanding of responsive design principles, web standards, and accessibility best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for web implementation.

  • Experience using AI-powered design and video tools to enhance workflow and creativity. 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO, and analytics.

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
