What We Do:

We specialize in designing and configuring
eSIM profiles
for network operators. An eSIM (embedded SIM) profile, is a digital SIM card information file that allows mobile devices to connect to a cellular network without the need for a physical SIM card. This technology enables easier management, switching of network operators, and better security compared to traditional SIM cards. Our work involves providing essential data to manufacturing sites and enhancing eSIM management solutions. Our team is also pioneering the development of the IDSP platform, setting new standards in digital profile management.

The Role: Value Stream Owner for VRS

reports to Head of Toolchain ManagementAs the
Value Stream Owner for VRS
, you will be leading the full lifecycle of VRS creation and delivery, ensuring seamless execution, high quality, and compliance while driving cross-functional collaboration to balance cost, speed, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end process of Volume Release Sample (VRS) creation and delivery, ensuring seamless execution from request to fulfillment
• Safeguard process efficiency in terms of quality and compliance with customer requirements and internal standards
• Act as the key point of accountability for the performance of the VRS Value Stream, balancing cost, quality, and speed
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes with Sales, Customer Operations, Customer Product Management and Profile Operations team
• Identify, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflows, and reduce lead times of the sample delivery
• Ensure customer requirements are consistently translated into operational excellence, maximizing customer satisfaction and business value
• Develop and track KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and drive data-based decisions
• Promote a culture of operational excellence within the organization

Key Tasks:

• Coordinate all activities involved in VRS creation, validation, and timely delivery
• Define, document, and continuously update process standards and best practices
• Regularly review performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and align on priorities
• Work closely with quality team to ensure samples meet technical and regulatory requirements
• Actively engage with CPM to gather feedback and improve the VRS experience
• Lead or support automation projects within the value stream
• Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications, Experience, and Technical Skills:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in process management, production, or ideally with exposure to profile generation
• Proven experience in end-to-end process ownership and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of lean management, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
• Solid understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance management
• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams, familiarity with digital tools and ERP systems is an advantage
• Excellent English language skills (Business proficient – native)
• Change management experience is desirable
