En nuestra compañía apostamos por el talento joven y queremos ofrecer a nuevos profesionales la oportunidad de desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico, internacional y orientado al crecimiento.

Buscamos a personas recién tituladas o a punto de finalizar sus estudios en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Aeronáutica o titulaciones afines, que quieran dar sus primeros pasos profesionales participando en una beca dentro del Área Customer Project Management.

¿Qué aprenderás y en qué podrás colaborar?

La persona becaria participará en actividades clave del área, teniendo la oportunidad de adquirir una visión global del ciclo de vida de los proyectos y contribuir a su eficiencia. Entre las funciones principales se incluyen:

  • Colaborar en la mejora de los procesos del área.
  • Apoyar en la preparación del informe financiero trimestral relacionado con diferentes proyectos.
  • Acompañar la estandarización de la gestión de proyectos a nivel global.
  • Colaborar en el análisis del cumplimiento de los principales parámetros de los proyectos implementados, identificando riesgos, desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.

Se trata de una oportunidad ideal para desarrollar habilidades de análisis, planificación y gestión, trabajando mano a mano con un equipo experimentado y multidisciplinar.

Requisitos del perfil

Buscamos jóvenes con ganas de aprender, crecer y aportar. Nos gustaría que contases con:

  • Titulación universitaria o Máster en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o Ingeniería Aeronáutica
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de Gestión de Proyectos (valorable, no imprescindible).
  • Habilidades personales:
    • Asertividad
    • Pragmatismo
    • Capacidad de síntesis
    • Espíritu conciliador
  • Idiomas:
    • Inglés: nivel alto oral y escrito (deseable).
    • Portugués: opcional, valorable positivamente.
