Realizarás presentaciones de ventas para promover los productos y servicios de Dexcom a clientes actuales y potenciales, profesionales de la salud como endocrinólogos, educadores en diabetes, pediatras especializados en diabetes, médicos de atención primaria y enfermeros, y proporcionarás servicios relacionados.
Educarás a médicos y enfermeros sobre los beneficios y detalles del uso de los productos de monitorización continua de glucosa de Dexcom.
Construirás y mantendrás relaciones con médicos.
Representarás a Dexcom en congresos locales, regionales y nacionales de sociedades científicas relacionadas con la diabetes.
Te comprometerás activamente a posicionar a la empresa como líder del mercado en monitorización continua de glucosa.
Implementarás estrategias y tácticas de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos individuales y de la empresa.
Asumirás la responsabilidad del presupuesto regional, controlando los gastos.
Crearás informes según las directrices y utilizarás con éxito los materiales de ventas para promover las ventas en tu área.
Trabajarás con nuestros colegas de ventas y empleados internos para alcanzar o superar los objetivos de la empresa.
Nivel de comprensión/habla de inglés bueno.
Piensas estratégicamente, con visión de futuro en tu forma de trabajar y estás lista para tomar la iniciativa.
Tienes conocimientos sobre productos y terapias para la diabetes.
Has demostrado éxito en roles anteriores de ventas con un rendimiento muy bueno (un plus).
Reconoces las necesidades del cliente y puedes estimular, desafiar y fomentar procesos de pensamiento sobre nuevos enfoques en el tratamiento de la diabetes.
Implementas estrategias de ventas incluso en entornos complejos y multifacéticos.
Trabajas de forma transversal con los equipos Médico, de Acceso al Mercado y de Marketing.
Tienes excelentes habilidades interpersonales, así como habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Eres orientada al trabajo en equipo y capaz de implementar estrategias de ventas conceptuales/consultivas.
Debes tener un permiso de conducir válido de categoría B.

Título universitario y un mínimo de 5 a 8 años de experiencia relacionada.
Experiencia en diabetes y en la industria de dispositivos médicos (sería un plus).
Experiencia tanto en atención primaria como en hospitales.
