We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden GroupOur objective is to create, deliver and maintain insurance product management solutions, as service propositions to enable any agent (linked or direct), machine or company to create and sell insurance products in Europe in an automated way and real time.We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Salesforce team.What is the purpose/mission of the position?The QA Engineer role plays an important part in our company's product development process, responsibilities include:Developing (automated) test scripts and test execution, including manual testingReviewing functional requirements and technical designs where applicable to create test plans and detailed test casesSupport in trackin QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsHelping (developers) troubleshoot issues and support root-cause analysisParticipating in feature refinement sessions to familiarize with business requirementsEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesWho you are?Bachelor's degree, Master of science, completed studies in software development.Proven work experience in software quality assurance (at least 2 years)Git basic knowledge needed - Branches, Checkout, Commit, Push, Pull, Pull Request.Hands-on experience with automated testing tools –> preferrably Provar, Bamboo, Cypress, CucumberWork experience in Salesforce development and configuration is an added advantageExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test casesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes is an added advantageWhat do we offer?As part of our Employee Experience, we offer you a range of competitive benefits that are available to you in order to improve the physical, mental, and professional wellbeing of our workers.
