El Equipo de Delivery de P&C del Grupo Santander es el motor de la compañía. Realizamos funciones operativas de soporte al negocio y servicio a P&C. Es un área funcional que constituye una de las piezas clave para el buen rendimiento de la organización empresarial. Adicionalmente, velamos por la calidad de servicio y el avance en la transformación operativa.

El equipo de Delivery de P&C de Santander busca un Workday Analyst para gestionar y optimizar los procesos técnicos y funcionales de la plataforma Workday. Participarás en proyectos de evolución de sistemas y mejora operativa a nivel global y local. Buscamos perfiles con experiencia en Workday, orientación al detalle y capacidad de trabajo en entornos colaborativos. Se valoran conocimientos en P&C, excel, herramientas de Microsoft e inglés avanzado.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como WORKDAY ANALYST, tu objetivo será la gestión de actividades de soporte técnico y funcional relativos a los procesos gestionados en Workday.

Participarás en proyectos de evolución de sistemas y en la coordinación de implantación de iniciativas globales en los ámbitos locales, contribuyendo a la mejora continua y la eficiencia operativa.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

  • Gestión de las operaciones de soporte de la plataforma global Workday para los clientes en su ámbito de responsabilidad.

  • Adecuada gestión de la demanda y coordinación de solicitudes de servicios BAU con los interlocutores locales y globales.

  • Monitorizar la gestión del servicio asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs acordados.

  • Movilizar los recursos necesarios para la resolución de los servicios solicitados.

  • Optimizar los procesos operativos: participación en el diseño e implantación de oportunidades de mejora.

  • Coordinación con los equipos tecnológicos y especialistas de negocios globales y locales.

EXPERIENCIA

  • Al menos 2-3 años en equipos de soporte de procesos / sistemas de Workday.

EDUCACIÓN

  • Titulación Técnica / Superior en RRHH, Informática, Matemáticas, ADE o similar

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Conocimientos técnicos del producto Workday (Valorable: experiencia con cargas masivas en Workday).

  • Conocimientos funcionales de People & Culture.

  • Excel nivel avanzado y resto de herramientas de Microsoft Platforms.

  • Nivel alto de inglés (valorable otros idiomas).

  • Experiencia en equipos multidisciplinares.

  • Valorable: herramientas de gestión de bases de datos.
