About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a small to mid-sized team of highly skilled engineers. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, strategic influence, and strong people management skills. You will drive execution across cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineering leaders, and foster a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation. You will report to the Engineering Director.

You Will

  • Lead and manage engineering teams; mentor managers and senior engineers
  • Drive delivery of major features and cross-team initiatives
  • Align engineering work with business priorities and product roadmaps
  • Solve moderately complex technical and operational challenges
  • Foster collaboration and break down silos across teams
  • Promote quality, automation, and process improvements
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders

You Have

  • 10+ years in software engineering, with 3–5 years in management
  • Strong technical expertise in React, , JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux,
  • Experience with CSS-in-JS, component libraries, Storybook, accessibility standards , and UX tools like Figma
  • Familiarity with API design/integration (REST, GraphQL) and security best practices
  • Skilled in unit and automated testing , CI/CD, Agile workflows, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven approach to improving delivery efficiency and quality
