Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand core functionalities, business processes, and system architecture of key applications.
  • Design, execute, and maintain
    functional test cases
    aligned with business requirements.
  • Translate user stories and requirements into
    well-defined, testable scenarios
    .
  • Identify, document, and manage
    defects
    , collaborating with developers for resolution.
  • Contribute to
    backlog refinement sessions
    from a QA perspective.
  • Perform
    integration and end-to-end testing
    across related modules.
  • Drive and improve
    testing methodologies and QA practices
    within agile and hybrid setups.
  • Act as a quality advocate, ensuring smooth communication between
    technical and business teams
    .

Must-Have Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in
    functional testing and software validation
    .
  • Proven track record working in
    agile (Scrum)
    environments.
  • Strong background in
    test case design, execution, and defect tracking
    .
  • Experience with
    Jira
    and familiarity with
    Xray
    for test management.
  • Close
    attention to detail
    and commitment to delivering top-quality outcomes.
  • English B2 level or higher
    , able to communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Proactive and independent
    , comfortable working autonomously in a long-term setting.

  • Academic or professional background in
    Information Technology
