Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Deployment Strategist / Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. This pivotal role combines deep technical expertise with high-level client engagement and digital transformation advisory. You will lead Palantir Foundry solutions, represent Ainur Insights in conversations with executive leadership—including C-suite stakeholders— and play a key role in managing client relationships, offering strategic recommendations, and ensuring the adoption of best practices in digital transformation. You will also be responsible for training both client users and Ainur Insights team members on Palantir technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Client Engagement:

• Represent Ainur Insights in meetings and workshops with executive management and C-suite clients, building trusted relationships at the highest business levels.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language to senior stakeholders.
• Express strategic recommendations and technical opinions confidently and effectively to executive-level audiences.

Consulting & Digital Transformation Leadership:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for innovation and guiding them through digital transformation journeys using Palantir Foundry.
• Manage client relationships proactively, ensuring satisfaction and continued business growth.
• Offer tailored best-practices advice on data strategy, governance, adoption, and scalability of Foundry solutions.

Technical Leadership & Delivery:

• Architect and oversee the technical implementation of scalable, robust Palantir Foundry solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead teams in designing, building, and optimizing complex data pipelines, ontologies, and integrations within the Foundry ecosystem.
• Deliver technical oversight and mentorship to junior/mid-level engineers.
• Oversee development of modular workflows, AI enhancements, reporting, governance controls, and security practices.

Training & Enablement:

• Design and deliver training sessions and materials to upskill client teams in the use of Palantir Foundry and associated solutions.
• Support continuous learning by mentoring Ainur Insights team members, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
• Lead onboarding workshops for new clients and team members to ensure smooth adoption of implemented solutions.

Required Qualifications
Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, consulting, or a combination of technical and client-facing roles.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry in large-scale or mission-critical environments.
• History of direct interaction and influencing senior and executive stakeholders.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Expert proficiency with the Palantir Foundry platform, including Pipeline Builder, AIP, ontologies, integrations, and application development.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in data engineering, pipeline development (ETL/ELT), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience managing complex technical projects and leading teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written—suitable for executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences.
• Comprehensive consulting acumen with a track record of providing business and technology strategy recommendations.
• Experience developing and conducting technical training sessions and producing educational materials.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Palantir Foundry certification(s).
• Experience with other Palantir products (Gotham, Apollo).
• Strong background in change management and digital transformation, particularly in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and software lifecycle best practices.
• Prior experience in a leadership or solutions architect capacity.
