HR Specialist
This position will be located in Aznalcazar, Sevilla.

Position Summary
The HRBP Compliance is responsible for ensuring that all practices, processes, and documentation in the HR department comply with current labor legislation and the organization's internal policies.

This role is primarily operational, including the implementation of HR policies, monitoring their application, and actively supporting labor audits.

ORGANIZATIONAL FIT:
Position reports to the HR Manager Spain.

JOB SETTING:

Office and nursery settings in Aznalcázar (Seville) Spain. This position follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work. Some international travel may be required.

KEY FUNCTIONS (other duties might be assigned):

  • Compliance
  • Regulatory analysis: Analyze and communicate changes in labor regulations and new applicable legislation.
  • Compliance monitoring: Verify and manage compliance with key labor obligations (Equality Plan, time and attendance control, digital disconnection, among others).
  • Documentation: Coordinate the adaptation and updating of internal policies, contracts, protocols and HR forms in line with regulatory changes and corporate guidelines.
  • Audits and inspections: Prepare and organize the documentation required for internal audits, labor inspections, certifications or other external verification processes.
  • Health & Safety
  • OHS coordination: Coordinate with the Occupational Risk Prevention Service to follow up on risk assessments, action plans, workplace accidents and incidents.
  • Protocol implementation: Implement, coordinate and monitor occupational health and safety protocols.
  • Health surveillance: Coordinate health surveillance programs and ensure compliance with mandatory medical examinations.
  • Preventive follow-up: Monitor preventive and corrective actions arising from risk assessments, internal audits or incidents.
  • Training
  • Needs assessment: Identify skill gaps and technical or competency-based training needs within the workforce, in collaboration with Managers.
  • Strategic alignment: Align the training plan with the company's strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Annual Training Plan design: Design and maintain the annual training plan, including calendar, priorities and follow-up.
  • Methodologies and provider management: Manage and coordinate training providers and methodologies (classroom training, e-learning, mentoring or other approaches).
  • Planning and coordination: Plan, organize and coordinate training activities across different areas of the company, both mandatory and development-related, ensuring proper implementation and internal control.
  • Grants and subsidies management: Manage training grants, bonuses and subsidies (FUNDAE or other applicable schemes).
  • Impact measurement: Prepare follow-up reports to assess training effectiveness, return on investment and transfer of learning to the job.
  • Records management: Maintain up-to-date training records and employee certifications.

As a member of the EMEA HR team, provide support to different HR areas when required.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills And Training

  • Fluent Spanish. Languages: B2 English level
  • University Degree in Labor Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.
  • 2 - 5 years' experience in labor compliance, internal auditing, or HR management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and regulations applicable to the personnel area.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using tact, courtesy, and good judgment while representing the Company in a positive manner. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • Highly proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize work, follow through on a variety of requests and meet required deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and to use good judgement in recognizing scope of authority.
  • Must demonstrate professional and ethical business practices, adherence to company values, and a commitment to personal and professional development.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in agricultural companies, particularly within GLOBAL G.A.P. certified environments, is an asset.
