Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Healthcare Specialist to join our team in an on-site, full-time role based in Cuart de Poblet. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing medical assistance, healthcare support, and training to ensure the well-being of our team members. You will collaborate with various teams, deliver first-aid and emergency medical services, and employ your expertise in healthcare to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency and certification in EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and relevant healthcare practices
- Strong Communication skills for effective liaison with team members and other medical personnel
- Background in Medicine with the ability to provide medical assistance and first aid
- Experience in conducting Training programs focused on healthcare and safety
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and workplace health compliance is a plus
- Detail-oriented and capable of remaining calm under pressure in high-stress situations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Medicine, Healthcare, or a related field
