What will you be doing?
Tu día a día será dinámico y orientado a la resolución. Serás el punto de contacto principal para las Compañías de Seguros, gestionando autorizaciones, documentación y facturación con precisión y agilidad. Atenderás consultas, resolverás incidencias y garantizarás que cada proceso cumpla con los estándares normativos. Todo ello trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos y externos para ofrecer un servicio excelente.
What will you need to be successful?
Para destacar en este rol, necesitarás combinar habilidades organizativas con una comunicación efectiva:
- Experiencia en gestión de autorizaciones y procesos administrativos, preferiblemente en el sector asegurador.
- Capacidad para resolver incidencias y mantener la trazabilidad completa de cada caso.
- Dominio de herramientas digitales y plataformas de compañías para autorizaciones y facturación.
- Organización, atención al detalle y habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas en entornos de alta demanda.
