Responsibilities

... Ensuring compliance with project company goals and guidelines, particularly HSE and quality minimum requirements

· Conducting and documenting weekly meetings with subcontractors

· Monitoring construction progress against agreed milestones

· Serving as the interface between the construction site, engineering, logistics, and project management

· Performing and documenting quality checks

· Monitoring HSE guidelines

· Coordinating and resolving errors, adjustments, or changes in engineering for implementation on the construction site

· Supporting the project manager in project preparation

Profile

· Completed vocational training or university degree in electrical engineering or construction

· Several years of construction site experience and knowledge of occupational safety

· Good MS Office skills

· Experience with subcontractors

· Very good English skills

· Your skills: Team player with intercultural competence, assertiveness, and a good technical understanding

· Willingness to travel up to 70%

· Class B driver's license
