Role Overview:

We are looking for a
IP L3 Support Engineer
to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
100% on-site modality. Availability to be on call one week per month and to work occasional night shifts is required.

What you will do:

  • Supervise in real time the network infrastructure and critical systems within the Fusion IT environment.
  • Perform constant monitoring (babysitting) of services and network links to ensure high availability.
  • Detect, log, escalate, and follow up on incidents or alerts generated by monitoring tools.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance procedures according to established standards.
  • Participate in ticket handling, network fault resolution, and provide first- and second-level support.
  • Assist with technical documentation tasks and periodic network status reports.
  • Collaborate with local and global support teams in case of major events or escalations.

What you are like:

  • Knowledge of
    TCP/IP
    networks, VLANs, switching, and routing.
  • Knowledge of
    IP/MPLS
  • Knowledge of
    Layer 3 Communication Protocols: ISIS, OSPF, VPNIP, BGP
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Layer 2 Communication Protocols: VPLS, EVPN.
  • Familiarity with network protocols (BGP, OSPF, SNMP, etc.).
  • Experienced IP L3 Support Engineer to join our team. Essential experience in management and administration of Huawei NetEngine 8000 Series Routers/Switches.
  • Essential knowledge of BNG solution, Fixed subscriber, VPNIP for enterprise solutions.
  • Intermediate to
    advanced English
    , especially for technical reading and coordination with global teams.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, NetEco (Huawei), or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows Server).
  • Familiarity with Huawei FusionSphere or Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) is desirable.
  • Chinese highly valued.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Huawei HCIA / HCIP (Routing & Switching, Cloud, IT)
  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP
  • ITIL Foundation
  • CompTIA Network+ / Linux+
