Role

The Strada Cluster Coordinator – SAP Time is responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) for SAP Time solutions across a defined cluster of countries or business units. This role ensures seamless communication between stakeholders, timely resolution of incidents and service requests, and continuous improvement of SAP Time processes in alignment with business needs.

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Time AMS coordination within the assigned cluster.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and change requests.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to align on priorities, escalations, and service delivery expectations.
• Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability and compliance with SLAs.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities for SAP Time enhancements or rollouts.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation related to processes, configurations, and support procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in SAP Time (PT) module support or coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM Time Management processes and integrations.
• Experience in AMS or IT service delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience working in a global or regional SAP support environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Project coordination or project management experience.
