At ING we are looking for an IT Risk Specialist

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Risk Specialist to join our Tech Services Team as part of the Cloud & Tech Tribe.

Your mission will be to guarantee the fulfillment of IT Risk requirements, issues and controls for a subset of assets of ING Spain, while finding efficiencies among different Risk activities in the Bank.

Your key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Tech Services IT Area Lead, as ITRisk Specialist you will be responsible for:

Contribute to business risk and control functions to ensure that ING's activities are in line with regulatory requirements and run smoothly in such a way that it can be demonstrated to the regulators and the outside world. Contribute to the integrity of ING's products, services, employees and compliance with respect to the outside world.

IT Risk Specialist:

• Advisory the business in the 1st and 2nd Line of Defence, embracing the agile way of working, to promote awareness of the concept of "Making a Safer Bank" so that, the business risks are understood and properly managed and mitigated.
• Working with the Squads promoting awareness, advising and challenging on risks and steering them until the evidence of the mitigation are approved.
• Performing key control testing to prove that control is within the standards of the Organization's risk appetite.
• Follow up the Backlog's speed in Risk mitigation activities in order to prioritize actions to aim the Organization's Ambition.
• Supporting Business Management (Risk owner) in controlling their IT Risk (issues and controls).
• Reporting metrics of the Organization's assets to the local Center of Epertise (CoE).
• Coordinate IT Risk activities among different squads and in collaboration with colleagues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

Mandatory

• Pro-actively advise your colleagues in the departments about IT Risk
• Work with other departments to establish a powerful risk-aware culture
• Develop IT-related risk policies, aiming for simple and strong guidance
• Report on IT-risk themes for risk governing bodies, establishing an integrated risk view,
• Drive IT Risk & Security Control Implementation
• Eperience coordinating tasks across different squads in collaboration with their Product Owners, taking into account priority and anticipation to minimize impact on their backlogs.

Desirables:

• Etensive eperience in both IT Security and IT Risk
• Track record of consulting/advising Certification in and / or proven skills in Security and Risk (CISSP and CISM or CGEIT/ CRISC certification is desired to have)

En ING buscamos a una persona especialista en Riesgo IT

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Tech Services, dentro del Cloud & Tech Tribe, como Especialista en Riesgo IT.

Tu misión será garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos, incidencias y controles de Riesgo IT para un conjunto de activos de ING España, buscando eficiencias entre las diferentes actividades de Riesgo en el banco.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

Reportando al Tech Services IT Area Lead, como Especialista en Riesgo IT serás responsable de:

• Contribuir a las funciones de riesgo y control del negocio para asegurar que las actividades de ING cumplen con los requisitos regulatorios y se ejecutan de manera que pueda demostrarse ante reguladores y terceros.
  Contribuir a la integridad de los productos, servicios, personas y cumplimiento normativo de ING frente al e- terior.

Especialista en Riesgo IT:

• Asesorar al negocio en la 1ª y 2ª Línea de Defensa, adoptando la forma de trabajo ágil, para promover la conciencia sobre el concepto de "Hacer un banco más seguro", de modo que los riesgos del negocio se comprendan y gestionen adecuadamente.
• Trabajar con los equipos (Squads) promoviendo la concienciación, asesorando y desafiando riesgos, y guiándoles hasta que las evidencias de mitigación sean aprobadas.
• Realizar pruebas clave de control para demostrar que se cumplen los estándares del apetito de riesgo de la organización.
• Hacer seguimiento de la velocidad del Backlog en actividades de mitigación de riesgos para priorizar acciones alineadas con la Ambición de la organización.
• Apoyar a la Gestión del Negocio (propietario del riesgo) en el control de sus riesgos IT (incidencias y controles).
  Reportar métricas de los activos de la organización al Centro de E- periencia (CoE) local.
• Coordinar actividades de Riesgo IT entre diferentes equipos y en colaboración con colegas para asegurar el mejor rendimiento y eficiencia.

Requisitos obligatorios:

• Asesorar proactivamente a colegas de los departamentos sobre Riesgo IT.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para establecer una sólida cultura de conciencia del riesgo.
• Desarrollar políticas relacionadas con riesgos IT, buscando directrices simples y efectivas.
• Informar sobre temas de riesgo IT a los órganos de gobierno del riesgo, estableciendo una visión integrada.
• Impulsar la implementación de controles de Riesgo y Seguridad IT.
  E- periencia coordinando tareas entre diferentes equipos en colaboración con sus Product Owners, considerando prioridades y anticipación para minimizar el impacto en sus Backlogs.

Deseable:

Amplia e

• periencia en Seguridad IT y Riesgo IT.
  E- periencia demostrada en consultoría/asesoría.
• Certificación y/o habilidades probadas en Seguridad y Riesgo (CISSP, CISM o CGEIT/CRISC son deseables).
