What you'll do:
• Prospect, identify and qualify potential leads using sales intelligence tools
• Leverage AI-powered Sales Agents to automate outreach and personalize engagement.
• Work closely with the CEO to define strategy and weekly objectives for monetization and scalability
• Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns across phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Track and measure performance metrics to continuously optimize the prospecting process.
What we're Looking for:
• Strong interest in B2B sales, lead generation, and prospecting automation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR-BDR prospecting customers in SaaS
• Experience or familiarity with tools like Clay, HeyReach, Sales Navigator or Hubspot
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, AI-driven sales environment.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to enhance outreach strategies.

We'll start the first 3 months with compensation based on objectives and clients. After, depending on experience and objectives,
