At
NTT DATA
we are currently seeking a
Virtualization Specialist
to join our International Organisations team with experience in:

  • Systems Administration
    , deploying and managing enterprise-level high availability virtualized environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of
    VMware vSphere
    ,
    Horizon
    ,
    Windows Server
    , as well as
    DRS
    ,
    HA
    , and
    vMotion
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Windows Server administration
    .
  • Previous experience working with
    on-site infrastructure
    .

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy on-premise virtualized environments
    based on VMware vSphere and Horizon.
  • Implement, monitor, and optimize
    DRS, HA, and vMotion configurations.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Windows Server virtual machines
    , ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with international technical teams
    on the
    planning and execution
    of
    infrastructure
    initiatives.
  • Document
    procedures, best practices, and technical configurations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement
    and
    infrastructure automation
    initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Technical certifications
    in VMware (VCP, VCAP) or Microsoft.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure transformation or modernization projects.
  • Additional knowledge in networking, storage, or automation (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).

Requirements

  • EU security clearance eligible.
  • Fluency in English
    (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
  • Availability to travel occasionally
